River Ritual: Forget

It started out as Forgive, then transformed itself mid-making. (Broken beer bottle glass, rusty nails, rusty hinges, bottle caps.)

So, serendipity (and a scarcity of found materials) morphed forgive into forget. Which is more appropriate in your heart?

Yay for forget! Forget forget forget forget forget!

Although someone once said about me: she may forget, but she'll never forgive. And I'm not sure that's a bad thing. I'm also not sure I forget :)

But enough about me -- I love love love this ritual, thank you for sharing and making it our ritual too!

mattilda: yay! :)

i don't even know what it is to forget.. it just came to me. maybe it's like forget to call and hear the no answer. or forget to think of someone and to forget for a whole day to feel the trauma of loss in our solar plexus..

or the way a person just disappears into past mercifully (after mourning how sad it is.) I don't know! But let's keep each other updated on the development. ;)
